Reasons to Visit Buenos Aires

As part of your South American cruise you will visit many vibrant cities; one of the most vibrant is Buenos Aires.

Buenos Aries is a city that is full of charm, history and culture. It is the place to visit if you like to visit museums and attend the opera. This city is known as the Paris of the South with its rich atmosphere and arty side.

The climate is subtropical and there is usually rain to contend with. It can get pretty warm there during the day; however the odd hailstorm is not uncommon.

Buenos Aries is the home of the Tango and this dance was founded in some of the poorer areas of the city. The city is also renowned for its cinema history with many a film having been produced and directed there.

If you decide to venture into Buenos Aires then it is best to travel by taxi. A word of warning though; make sure you choose a metered taxi – this will give you peace of mind as an unregulated taxi may overcharge.

If you enjoy the opera then you should take a look at the Teatro Colon. Buenos Aries is a very cultured city with numerous museums that are related to modern art, history and the fine arts. There are also the preserved homes of writers, composers and artists. The architecture of many of the buildings is a sight to behold, many having Italian and French influences. What is ssd? A great way to store any important documents you may need whilst sightseeing.
