Princess Cruises

Princess Cruises is an American company which was founded in 1966 with a single ship transporting passengers to the Mexican Riviera from Los Angeles. Today the company entertains 800,000 passengers each year, transporting them around the world on their fleet of 17 cruise ships. Among these exotic destinations are tours of Asia, with a choice of four ships operating in the region.

Princess Cruises are a family friendly company and as such offer extensive youth activity programmes on board the vast majority of their ships. They cater to any age of child with activities such as arts and crafts, scavenger hunts and talent shows for younger children and sports competitions, casino nights and hot tub parties for older teenagers. They also offer flexible dining in several restaurants so that families can enjoy an early meal together before their children begin their evening activities.

There are plenty of things to do for adults too. The grand atrium in every ship is packed with shops, cafés and bars, with live entertainment to keep everyone amused. Keen shoppers can also browse the countless boutiques and even attend an art auction. For those seeking more active pursuits most ships have sporting facilities such as basketball, volleyball, table tennis and a putting green in addition to several swimming pools. Or if you merely want to relax and indulge yourself then the Sanctuary Spa with its staff of appropriately named Serenity Stewards is the ideal place to lie back and allow yourself to be thoroughly pampered.
